STAR 8 Withdraw

Step 1:

Tap "Withdrawal"

Start by opening the STAR 8 app and tap on "Me" to open your profile. Once you're there, hit the "Withdrawal" button.

Step 2:

Select Your Bank

Choose the bank you want to send your funds to.

Step 3:

Provide Your Bank Account Number

Make sure to input your bank account number so the money gets transferred to the right place.

Step 4:

Enter Your Payment Password

For security reasons, type in your payment password to confirm the withdrawal.

Step 5:

Enter the Withdrawal Amount

Enter how much you'd like to withdraw from your account.

Step 6:

Confirm Your Withdrawal

Take a moment to check everything, then click "Confirm" to finish the process.

Identity Verification Steps

Enter Your Real Name:

Enter your real name exactly as it appears on your bank account to ensure smooth verification.

Wait for Review:

After you submit your information, just wait for customer service to review your details.

Cross-Border UID Verification

No Local Bank Account? No Problem:

Don’t have a local bank account? You can use cross-border UID verification to link your account.

Match Your UID:

Make sure the UID you want to link matches the name on your real-name account.

Provide Accurate Information:

When linking your cross-border UID, ensure all the details, including your account holder name and account number, are accurate.

Step 1:

Log Into Your Account

Start by logging into your STAR 8 account with your login details.

Step 2:

Select Account and Choose Transfer

Go to the "Account" section and click on "Transfer."

Step 3:

Enter the Phone Number

Type in your friend’s phone number to make sure the points go to the right person.

Step 4:

Choose Transfer Type and Amount

Choose whether you're transferring "Cash" or "Affiliated" points and enter the amount you want to send.

Step 5:

Click Submit

Once everything looks good, hit the submit button. Your points transfer is done!
