STAR 8 Top Up

Step 1:

Go to Tools

Click on 'Tools' in the menu and then choose 'Top up / Withdraw.'

Step 2:

Select 'Instant Top Up'

Click on 'Instant top up (channel2)' to get started.

Step 3:

Pick Your Bank

Choose the bank you want to use for the top-up.

Step 4:

Enter Your Amount

Type in the amount you want to top up and press 'Next.'

Step 5:

Enter Your Username

Enter your username and click 'Next' to continue.

Step 6:

Verify the Image

Check the security image and enter your password. Then click 'Login.'

Step 7:

Approve the Payment

Go to your banking app and tap on 'Approve' to authorize the payment.

Step 8:

Success!

Your top-up has been completed successfully.

You’re All Set!

That's it! You're ready to enjoy your games.

Step 1:

Click on the "Top Up" Button

Open your app and tap on the "Top Up" button, found at the bottom in the "Tools" section.

Step 2:

Select "Instant Top Up (WINPAY)"

From the available options, click on "Instant Top Up (WINPAY)" to move forward.

Step 3:

Choose Your Bank

A list of banks will appear, select the one you want to use.

Step 4:

Enter the Amount

Enter the amount you'd like to top up. For instance, you can enter "100.00" MYR.

Step 5:

Log in to Your Bank Account

Next, log into your bank account by entering your username and following the prompts.

Step 6:

Confirm the Security Image and Enter Your Password

Check the security image for accuracy, then type in your password and proceed.

Step 7:

Approve the Transaction

Open your bank app and approve the payment by selecting "Approve."

Step 8:

Success!

Once your payment is approved, you’ll see a confirmation message like "MYR 100.00 Payment Success!"

Tap the "Top Up" Button

Open the app and find the "Top Up" button at the bottom in the "Tools" section. Tap it to start.

Step 2:

Choose "Instant Top Up (TNG)"

A list of options will appear. Select "Instant Top Up (TNG)" to continue.

Step 3:

Enter the Amount

Next, type in how much you want to top up. Double-check the amount and click "Next."

Step 4:

Confirm the Amount

Take a moment to review the amount. If everything looks correct, tap on "Touch 'n Go eWallet" to confirm.

Step 5:

Log in to Your TNG Account

Enter your TNG account details and password to log in and move forward with the top-up.

Step 6:

Click "Pay"

Once you're sure everything is right, click the "Pay" button at the bottom to proceed.

Step 7:

Open TNG App and Click "Proceed"

Next, open your TNG app. A prompt will appear asking if you'd like to proceed. Click "Proceed" to continue.

Step 8:

Hit "Back to Merchant"

After your payment is processed, you’ll get a confirmation screen. Tap "Back to Merchant" to return to the merchant’s page.

Step 9:

Top Up Complete

Finally, you’ll see a screen that confirms your top-up was successful. All done!

Open the App and Tap "Top up"

First, open the app and go to the "Tools" section. Tap on the "Top up" button to begin.

Choose "Top up (Bank Transfer)" and Enter Your Amount

Next, you’ll see different top-up options. Tap "Top up (Bank Transfer)" and enter the amount you want to top up.

Step 3:

Complete the Bank Transfer on Your Phone or Computer

Now, log in to your online banking through your phone or computer. Choose the bank you want to transfer from and finish the transaction.

Step 4:

Upload the Receipt Screenshot and Submit

Once you’ve completed the transfer, take a screenshot of your receipt. Go back to the app and upload the screenshot, then press "Submit."

Wait for Customer Service to Review

After submission, relax for a bit! Customer service will review your request, and your top-up will be processed soon.
